Terms of Service for Sellers

The following section provides the Terms and Conditions regarding the rules, guidelines, notifications, policies, and instructions, related to the use and service of the CardTrader Zero program.

Selling with CT Zero

As a CardTrader Zero (CT Zero) seller, every week you will receive a single cumulative order for all the items you sold through CT Zero during the previous 7 days (setting more frequent shipments is an option).

• With CT Zero you will sell more while saving time and resources, because you will not have to deal with constant inquiries from buyers or post-sale problems such as returns and refunds. When you receive your weekly CT Zero order, you must ship the items to our closest warehouse within the following day.

• You may select the weekday on which your CT Zero order is generated in your store settings; the default is Tuesday.

This guide contains all the information and instructions required to correctly carry out your CT Zero orders: please read the whole document carefully, as you must accept the following terms and conditions to be eligible for our program.
