Terms of Service for Sellers

The following section provides the Terms and Conditions regarding the rules, guidelines, notifications, policies, and instructions, related to the use and service of the CardTrader Zero program.

Selling with CT Zero

As a CardTrader Zero (CT Zero) seller, every week you will receive a single cumulative order for all the items you sold through CT Zero during the previous 7 days (setting more frequent shipments is an option).

• With CT Zero you will sell more while saving time and resources, because you will not have to deal with constant inquiries from buyers or post-sale problems such as returns and refunds. When you receive your weekly CT Zero order, you must ship the items to our closest warehouse within the following day.

• You may select the weekday on which your CT Zero order is generated in your store settings; the default is Tuesday.

This guide contains all the information and instructions required to correctly carry out your CT Zero orders: please read the whole document carefully, as you must accept the following terms and conditions to be eligible for our program.

You must properly package the orders you ship to our warehouse: the items must be adequately protected, and the packaging must be sturdy and reliable but also easy to open.

Please follow and remember the important guidelines:

➤Check and arrangement of sold items through CardTrader Zero. Cards need to be in the exact order you chose on the dropdowns
It is essential that the items you send to our warehouse follow the same order that is selected when confirming that you shipped the order. We do not impose any sorting in particular, you can choose the criteria you prefer, setting the parameters you find most convenient and comfortable. Several options are available, and orders may be divided by day or prepared altogether following a general criteria.

The sorting you chose while preparing your package will be the default while marking that it was shipped: please verify that the parameters are correct before confirming.If the items follow a different sorting than the one you declared, we will have to bill the additional cost of the operator who processed your order.

Example: 200 properly sorted cards require approximately 20 minutes to process; if the cards do not follow the selected criteria, up to 60 minutes may be required instead, and we will be forced to charge you those extra 40 minutes.

Sorting the items is a natural consequence of order preparation, we, therefore, ask you to be particularly careful to follow the criteria you selected.

➤Mark missing and non-compliant items by choosing the quantity on the dropdown on the corresponding line.
This way, we can repurchase them immediately instead of when your order is processed. This allows the system to repurchase cards quickly and reduces customers waiting time. You don’t need to inform us or any customer or perform any extra action.

‍➤Do not sleeve the items when neatly preparing your order (neither with regular nor with perfect size sleeves).
If you have a lot of cards to send, or you don't have penny sleeves to protect them, use paper sheets to make piles of 40-80 cards:

➤Don't split the content into too many separate packages, always form a consistent pile.
By creating multiple packs of a few cards you will not only slow down the order checking process, but you will waste time and materials unnecessarily. We encourage you to neatly group your cards into large stacks of at least 50 cards each.

➤Always enclose a reference to the order inside the package.
You can print the order checklist or write your username and the order number; please also always write your username outside the package, as doing so allows our operators to readily identify its contents.

➤Avoid making card packs that are too difficult to open. We strongly discourage excessive use of tape and packagings that may cause the contents to be damaged while opening.
If a package is difficult to open, its contents are exposed to potential damage when we process it, and this should be kept in mind also for direct orders.
An example of bad packaging is a deck of cards completely wrapped in packaging tape, which requires the use of a cutter while providing no instructions on where to cut: the operator who opens it may damage the cards.
Adequate levels of protection can be easily obtained without any such excesses.

➤DO NOT use boxes that are too large if you have sold a few items. All oversized boxes cause a daily accumulation of waste, which is difficult to dispose of and harmful to the environment. By adjusting the size of the shipping box you will be doing the planet and us a favor. We ask you to respect the environment by always using bags or boxes of an appropriate size.

➤ If you sold a considerable amount of cards, avoid using smaller envelopes when sending a package to our warehouse.The weight of the cards can damage the cards themselves during transport, avoid creating packages and envelopes where the objects are too compressed and in close contact with the packaging.
